Sorry for your loss Don. When I used to work with children who were grieving we talked about suicide and explained it as a sickness in the brain, something similar to cancer.

I so appreciate that, Danielle. More for those kids then for me, since I am now 57 years old. Believe me, it’s still affects me, but it’s more important to have those younger kids healthy. Good for you!💚

We all need to take away the stigma around suicide. It’s wild how many layers of healing there are to unravel at all ages. Keep at it!
